No-one recording is the same. Unlike generic downloads, the recording you receive will be completely tailored to you and your individual needs and preferences.

I’ve just made a purchase, what happens next?
I will be in touch within two working days (usually sooner) by email to arrange your 30 minute telephone consultation. You will also be asked to complete a quick questionnaire.
When will I receive my recording?
You will receive your recording within 5-7 working days following your telephone consultation and completion of the questionnaire.
How often should you listen to the recording?
You should listen to your recording once a day for a week, and after that just as often as you feel you need to and until you get the benefits you are looking for. The recording is a resource to help support you in achieving change long term, so you should listen to it any time you need a top up.
How should I listen to the recording?
The recording should only be used when sitting or lying down. You should avoid listening to the recording whilst in the bath, driving or operating any machinery, as it can induce a state of relaxation.
Do I need to be awake when listening to the recording?
No. The recording is designed to speak to your unconscious, so you don’t need to be consciously listening to every word to benefit from it, which is why some people choose to listen to it to help them sleep as part of their windows routine.
How do I listen to the recording?
You will receive a link to download the audio recording. The recording is supplied in MP3 file which you can play from your phone.
How long are the recordings?
Typically the recordings are between 7-10 minutes long.
I’ve lost my recording can I get another copy?
All download links expire after seven days and I do not keep copies, so please make sure you download and save your recording in a safe place.
Why does it say there are no personalised hypnosis audio recordings available to purchase?
I only offer a limited number of recordings to purchase per month. To keep things fair these are offered on a first come first served basis. If none is available, please check back at the start of next month for that month’s drop.
